Return & Replacement Policy
We have a 7-day return and replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement product is to return the original item within the 7-day return period. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a justification, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
